AI that does
real work.

Quoting, paperwork, reporting, answering from your own documents — we design, build and run AI systems that take genuine hours out of your business, engineered like production software. And when your data is sensitive, we build it private — hosted on your premises or in Australia.

What we put AI on

The work that eats your week.

01

Document intelligence

Search, summarise and draft from your own files — contracts, case notes, manuals, job records — with answers that cite their source.

02

Admin automation

Quotes, intake forms, follow-ups, invoicing chase-ups and rostering drafts handled automatically, with a human sign-off where it matters.

03

Customer communication

Email triage, drafted replies in your voice, and after-hours enquiry handling that never invents a promise you didn’t make.

04

Reporting & analysis

Weekly reports compiled from the systems you already run — jobs, sales, site data — delivered readable, not as another dashboard.

05

Bespoke tools

The oddly-shaped thing specific to your operation that no off-the-shelf product does. We build small, sharp tools around your workflow.

06

Team capability

Hands-on training so your staff use AI well — and safely. What goes in public tools, what stays private, and how to get real output.

Our specialisation

Sensitive data? We build AI
that never leaves the building.

Client files, records, contracts, IP — some data shouldn’t go anywhere near a public chatbot. Our sovereignty practice builds the same capability on hardware you control: open-weight models, self-hosted, Australian-resident.

The sovereignty practice

Optional — plenty of our work runs happily in the cloud.

What we do

From first audit to a system you own.

01

AI audit & roadmap

We map where AI genuinely pays off in your operation — and where it doesn’t. You get a written plan: systems, costs, and a clear line between what can use cloud tools and what should stay private. Fixed price, no obligation to build with us.

02

Build & integration

We build it: the right model for the task, retrieval over your documents, integrations with the software you already run. Tested against agreed measures before anyone relies on it — because it’s production software, not a demo.

03

Training & operations

Your team learns to drive it in hands-on workshops, in plain English. Then we keep it sharp — monitoring, upgrades and support retainers, so the system improves as models improve.

How it runs

Four stages. No surprises.

STAGE 01

Assess

A short consultation, then a fixed-price audit of where AI pays off in your operation.

STAGE 02

Design

System architecture, model selection, hosting plan and a firm quote — in writing, in plain English.

STAGE 03

Build

We implement and test against agreed measures. You see it working on your real tasks before rollout.

STAGE 04

Operate

Training for your team, then monitoring, upgrades and support. You own the system either way.

Questions

Asked often, answered straight.

What can AI actually do for a business like mine?

More than the hype suggests, in narrower ways than the hype suggests. Drafting, summarising, searching your own documents, triaging communication and compiling reports are reliably strong today. The audit exists to find which of those pays off in your specific operation — and to tell you honestly where AI isn’t worth it yet.

Do we need the sovereignty side?

Only if your data warrants it. Public and low-sensitivity work runs happily on mainstream cloud tools, and we set those up too. Where client files, records or IP are involved, we draw the boundary and build the private side properly. Most engagements end up a mix.

What does it cost?

The audit is fixed-price. Builds are quoted firm after design — typical systems land in the range of a piece of capital equipment, not an enterprise IT project. No per-seat AI subscriptions bleeding you monthly.

We already use ChatGPT — is that a problem?

For public information, no — and we’ll help your team use it better. For client data, quite possibly. Part of the audit is drawing that line clearly so the convenient tool and the compliant tool are both defined.
